The city of Janesville, Wisconsin, is reeling after a deadly shooting at a local apartment complex claimed the lives of three people earlier this week. Authorities have identified the deceased as Julia Cvicker, 25, Jahvarius Wicks, 21, and Scott Roberts, 55, all residents of Janesville.
